The proper posture in choir is, standing up straight, back straight, and legs shoulder width apart. If sitting down, sit in the middle of the chair, back straight, and legs are shoulder width apart. You breathe when there is a rest or right before you start a piece of music or start singing in general. The proper vowel formation is that you have to stress the vowel more than the constants to make them noticeable and fit with the tone of the music. Lastly, the articulation in music means that you have to say all the words clearly and in harmony with the whole choir. And these are the basics of become a very good singer.
